It
is solvent borne PVC resin based, single component cement
most suitable for PVC pipe joining required for portable
water irrigation, pressure pipe, conduit, drain etc.
Dendrite PVC Cement is a clear heavy duty grade cement
and dependable for most tough joining. |

| Method
of Application |
- After
cutting pipes in shape, clean and dry joining surfaces.
- Dry
fit should be checked. For interference fit, pipe
should be pushed 114 to 3/4 way into fitting snugly.
- Suitable
applicator to be used for application of the Cement.
Brush or roller can be used for large sizes.
- Apply
even layer of DENDRITE PVC CEMENT on the areas to
be joined. If required apply second layer on pipe
so that cement should fill all the gaps. Avoid excess.
- Assemble
the joints while cement is wet. If the joints are
dry, recoat the parts before assembly. Place the pipes
in position and twist 118 to 114 turn and allow for
initial set by holding for about 30-40 sees. Wipe
off excess.
- Allow
at least 30 minutes for good handling strength. For
bigger type sizes, higher pressure or temperature
below 15°C, allow longer cure time.
