Method of Application |
The EVA surface is to be cleaned thoroughly with Toluene
and kept open. Wait for 5 minutes for evaporation
of the solvent. For complete removal of Toluene from the
substrates, keep at an elevated temperature of 45-50 degree
centigrade for 5-7 minutes. Apply the primer thoroughly
on the surface of the EVA substrates by a nylon brush.
Second coat may be applied on the same surface. The treated
surface will then have to be kept for 5-10 minutes at
ambient temperature. The treated sole and upper are then
to be coated with Dendrite
OR-5000/OR-1000
adhesive and to be bonded together after proper heat activation,
as normally done in "stuck-on-process". |
