Combination
of Polyurethane Den
96L/60 & 95L Plus with Hardener L-85/L-50
is highly suitable for high performance laminations. And
its excellent heat resistance properties exhibits high
resistance against aggressive goods packed in film/foil
laminates. These two component adhesives increase the
resistance of the bonds to heat, oils, fats, plasticizers
and many organic solvents and are particularly suitable
for laminates which are exposed to Boiling, Sterilization
and Pasteurizing. |
| Processing |
The
cross linking agent L-85/L-50 is added at a prescribed
rate with Polyurethane Dendrite 95L Plus after which the
ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Under normal conditions,
the resulting adhesive has a high potlife of more than
24 hours. |
