Footwear Industry is one of the prime consumers of Dendrite products and is used for different purposes :

SOLE ADHESION

A. By stuck-on process:

• Various types of soles are being used currently in the industry. For adhesion of leather upper to leather/ rubber sole, different grades of synthetic rubber based adhesive viz. DENDRITE PC-65, DENDRITE FW, DENDRITE BQ, DENDRITE PC, DENDRITE PC EXPORTS etc. are recommended.
• For joining leather/synthetic upper to synthetic soles viz. TPR, PU, PVC, EVA etc., the recommended grades are DENDRITE OR-8100, DENDRITE OR-7500, DENDRITE OR 6500, DENDRITE OR-5000, DENDRITE OR 4000 UV MXP, DENDRITE OR 1005, DENDRITE OR-1000 & SONA PU-100, DENDRITE GENERAL PU-201.

B. By direct injection process:

• In such cases PU Based adhesives like DENDRITE OR-8100,DENDRITE OR 7500, DENDRITE OR 6500, DENDRITE OR 4000 UV MXP, DENDRITE OR-5000, DENDRITE OR-1000, DENDRITE OR 1005 & SONA PU-100 are to be used on upper before injection.

FABRICATION OF UPPER & SOCKS FIXING

• Fixation of inner lining, leather to leather, leather to insole, insole to midsole.
• For fixing of socks with insole can be done with the following grades of SR based adhesive: DENDRITE PC-65, DENDRITE FW, DENDRITE BQ, DENDRITE PC, FIXOBOND PC 80A, FIXOBOND FW etc.
