There are various uses of adhesive in the automobile industry. It is not possible to list out the entire uses, but an indicative idea is given below:

• As roof silencer cement : Sprayable adhesive e.g. DENDRITE DSM 94, DENDRITE SP 202, DENDRITE SP 101, DENDRITE SPECIAL SPRAYABLE (GENERAL) can be used as roof silencer cement to fix laminated liner to painted metal surface. Brushable products like DENDRITE PC-65 are also used for the same purpose.
  
  
• Interior lining : Sprayable & brushable products as mentioned including FIXOBOND PC 80A are also used for interior decoration of the cabin etc.
  
  
• Seats/Upholstery : Various synthetic rubber based adhesive like, DENDRITE SPECIAL SPRAYABLE(GENERAL), DENDRITE PC-65, FIXOBOND PC 80A are used for joining metal / wood to foam to fabric / leather cloth.
  
  
• Flooring : Products like DENDRITE PC-65, DENDRITE BQ, FIXOBOND PC 80A & DENDRITE SPECIAL SPRAYABLE (GENERAL) are used for fixing different kinds of flooring with base.
  
  
• Repairing and component manufacturing : For making molded rubber components like engine mounting, oil seals, bumpers, rubber metal bonding agent YAMADUR R-22 is used. For repairing of engine, YAMAPOXY is used. For upholstery and inside cabin repairing, DENDRITE PC-65 is recommended.
